Payment Methods on Deutschmeister
Paying on Deutschmeister depends on where you are purchasing from.
If you are in Indonesia, payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through AsteriPay.
If you are purchasing internationally, Deutschmeister uses Polar for international checkout, with prices displayed in US Dollars (USD).
Paying from Indonesia
For customers in Indonesia, Deutschmeister uses AsteriPay to process payments.
Depending on the options available during checkout, you can pay using QRIS or Virtual Account. You will see the payment method, amount, and instructions before completing your purchase.
Paying with QRIS
QRIS is one of the easiest ways to pay for your Deutschmeister purchase in Indonesia.
QRIS stands for Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard. It is Indonesia's standardized QR-code payment system.
- Open a supported mobile banking or e-wallet application.
- Choose the QR payment or QRIS feature.
- Scan the QR code displayed by Deutschmeister's payment checkout.
- Check the payment amount.
- Confirm the payment from your application.
Once the payment is successfully processed, Deutschmeister receives confirmation from the payment provider.

A Virtual Account is a temporary or transaction-specific bank account number generated for your purchase.
When you select Virtual Account during checkout, you will receive payment instructions for the selected bank or payment channel.

- The amount you need to transfer
- The selected bank or payment channel
- The payment deadline, where applicable
Normally, you do not need to manually send a payment screenshot. Once the transaction is completed, the payment provider sends the status back to Deutschmeister automatically.
Paying from outside Indonesia
For customers outside Indonesia, Deutschmeister uses Polar for international checkout.
International Deutschmeister purchases are currently priced in US Dollars (USD). Before confirming your purchase, you will see the amount being charged during checkout.
What is Polar?
Polar handles international checkout for Deutschmeister as a Merchant of Record. This can include payment processing, applicable sales taxes, VAT or similar transaction taxes, receipts, and transaction records.
Why is the international price shown in USD?
Deutschmeister currently uses US Dollars for international purchases. This gives international customers a consistent checkout currency regardless of their home country.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may convert the USD amount into your local currency. Exchange rates, conversion fees, international transaction fees, or bank fees may be determined by your payment provider.

You do not need to manually select a payment provider. Deutschmeister presents the appropriate checkout flow based on the purchase option available to you.
When is my purchase activated?
After your payment has been successfully confirmed, Deutschmeister processes the product associated with your purchase.
For example, if you are purchasing Deutschmeister Tokens, your Token balance will be updated after the transaction has been confirmed. In most cases, this happens automatically.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your transaction is not successful, first check the payment status shown on the checkout page.
For QRIS
- You scanned the correct QR code.
- The QR code has not expired.
- You confirmed the correct amount.
- Your banking or payment application completed the transaction.
For Virtual Account
- You are using the Virtual Account number provided for your transaction.
- You transferred the exact required amount.
- The payment was completed before any applicable deadline.
For international payments
- International transactions are enabled by your bank.
- Your payment authorization was not declined.
- Your balance is sufficient.
- Your bank or payment provider allows the transaction.
I was charged, but my purchase is not showing
If your payment has been successfully charged but your purchase is not reflected in your Deutschmeister account, do not immediately make the same payment again.
First, check whether the transaction is still being processed. If the issue continues, contact Deutschmeister Support with your account email, approximate payment time, transaction amount, payment method, and reference number if available.
