Update: Resolving Sign-In Verification Loading Issues

We know how frustrating it is when you just want to practice for your Goethe exam, but the app gets stuck right after you sign in. We recently identified a bug where the app would keep loading indefinitely during the account verification process, never actually taking you past the sign-in screen to your dashboard.

While we have already deployed a fix on our end, you might still see some cached errors. Don't worry—your study progress, vocabulary lists, and mock test results are completely safe!

How to Fix It

Quick Update: We have significantly sped up the account verification process! However, if the app is still stuck on the loading screen during verification, please try one of these quick solutions:

1. Log out and log back in. Sometimes the app just needs a fresh start. Click your profile icon, hit "Logout", and sign in again.
2. Use Incognito Mode. Open a private or incognito window in your browser (Ctrl+Shift+N on Windows, Cmd+Shift+N on Mac) and try signing in there. If it works perfectly, it means you just need to clear your regular browser's cache and cookies.
3. Contact us via WhatsApp. If the first two steps didn't do the trick, we are here to help! Send us a quick message through our WhatsApp support link, and our team will get you sorted out right away.
